Hi reader

#NZWF18 is all over bar the shouting!

We held our awards ceremony on Saturday evening, and celebrated our winners. They are all listed below, so give them a huge round of applause.

As a quick aside before we get to them, we'd also like to congratulate one of our excellent judges, Jennifer Ward-Lealand, who was named Industry Champion at the SPADA Conference in Wellington a couple of days before #NZWF18.

Also awarded at SPADA was Kyan Krumdieck, named New Filmmaker of the Year. Kyan recently released Repugnant as one of this year's excellent crop of Someday Stories, which were repped at #NZWF18 by Uapoifalemalu and twice-nominated Foodie.

Someday Stories is accepting applications until 13 December for its 2019 edition. NZ filmmakers can check out the opportunity here
