Doc Edge and Audible are proud to present Doc Edge Audible Pitch Programme 2019, designed to expand the scope of contemporary nonfiction storytelling. We are looking for ideas audio documentaries with global appeal that can sustain an entertaining narrative-based audio production of 3-6 hours, along with a clear rationale for why audio is the best format for the content. Women and Asian practitioners are encouraged to apply.
Up to eight project ideas will be shortlisted. Selected applicants will have to attend Doc Edge Forum (31 May – 1 June, 2019) in Auckland where they will have the opportunity to pitch to Audible’s representative. Each pitching team will have 10 minutes to pitch their idea.
